Calvin Harris / Acceptable In The 80s

Now you know, this is a great track. This is a really fucking amazingly great track. Those synths! That hook! The fact that it has love only for a certain (now, thankfully legal) target demographic. So it's a simple joy to allow it entry (plus one) to the hallowed halls and flashing under-lit floors of the lovely Lovely Party. But hey, I wonder - will it outstay its welcome as the weeks roll on? As the inevitable tide of radio-play and video-play and club-play conspire to wring all that is pure and good from this song. Will it rise up from its humble bedroom beginnings to blithely crush the skulls of all who stand before it? Probably. So, erm, you have been warned.
